Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget and scope. The role requires setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress while maintaining client relationships.

The candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. A university degree and strong MS Office proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses
• Report and escalates to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
