Sensata Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to analyze market trends, define customer needs and evaluate the competitive landscape while developing product roadmaps and pricing proposals to drive growth.

The role involves designing marketing plans for product lines, positioning in the marketplace, leading market research and establishing pricing strategies, with strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and suppliers.

Formación

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

The Product Marketing Manager will support a range of activities, from analyzing market trends, defining customer needs and evaluating the competitive landscape to developing product roadmaps and pricing proposals as well as develop and implement growth strategies.

General Responsibilities

• Develops marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace
• Leads market research activities, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
• Establishes pricing strategies
