Molex is seeking an Advanced Quality Planning Engineer to drive quality planning for new product launches. You will work with Product Development, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to ensure flawless execution and define quality standards that meet customer expectations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related quality role.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launch projects.
• Experience using quality planning methodologies such as PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and process capability analysis.
• Experience leading problem‑solving and corrective action activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency in technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional teams in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs and Control Plans to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before production launch.
• Coordinate and execute process validation activities, including Run@Rate events, to evaluate manufacturing readiness and process capability.
• Facilitate metrology planning, qualification activities, and new product disposition processes to ensure successful product introduction.
• Perform statistical analysis and process capability studies to ensure manufacturing processes remain capable and under control.
• Define quality standards, inspection criteria, and control limits that support production excellence and customer requirements.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why Analysis.
• Partner with Supplier Quality teams to support supplier qualification, documentation reviews, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to systemic improvements that strengthen new product development processes and reduce recurring quality issues.
