Johnson Controls is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen product reliability during the NPI phase. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, leading quality plans and controls, and applying root-cause analysis to ensure readiness for production launches.

You will monitor KPIs and collaborate to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction, documenting actions and participating in risk assessments and audits as part of the NPI process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Familiarity with quality engineering tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI quality activities and support transition from development to manufacturing.
• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection controls, and process controls for NPIs.
• Use data analysis and root-cause analysis to address quality issues and drive improvements.
• Document quality activities, findings, and corrective actions clearly.
