Dekko is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from quotation through PPAP, production launch, and handoff to Operations. You will ensure scope, timelines, budgets, and quality meet customer requirements and Dekko standards.

The role requires coordination with customers, internal teams, and external vendors, maintaining clear communication and accountability across all project phases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead projects from concept through production launch and handoff to Operations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
