Lead and manage manufacturing projects within the New Product Introduction (NPI) department to ensure successful industrialization, launch readiness, and production ramp-up of new products. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, developing and validating manufacturing processes, managing project timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables, and driving alignment with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other key stakeholders. The position requires strong project management capability to communicate project status, elevate critical issues, support timely decision-making, and ensure new product launches meet safety, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery objectives. The Manufacturing Project Engineer position will provide advanced machining engineering support and guidance across production—balancing cost, velocity, quality, safety, and environmental compliance while improving equipment and processes. You’ll also help identify and implement process enhancements, monitor reliability, and drive execution of engineering and process changes that strengthen day to day manufacturing performance.
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. English proficiency for technical documentation and cross‑site collaboration is required.
Machining Solutions (essential):
Position is in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León. On-site. Work schedule is set Monday to Friday (7am to 5pm) Travel may require up to 25% (international and domestic) No domestic relocation bonus.
