Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting product launches from prototype through production ramp-up is required.
- Quality Engineering experience and working with suppliers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee NPI projects and ECN changes across all phases.
- Liaise between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain for successful implementation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, customer requirements, and standards.
- Lead pilot builds and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for launches.
