Carrier is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Leader at our Santa Catarina plant to drive new product introductions, transfers and manufacturing launches from quotation to production ramp. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning and Operations to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years leading manufacturing projects, strong Lean/APQP/PFMEA

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in manufacturing environments.
Proven experience in NPI, product transfers, industrialization or manufacturing launch projects.

Responsabilidades

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from quotation through production launch within scope, schedule and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing and Operations to launch plans and mitigate risks.
Drive product transfers, new product launches and engineering changes while meeting business objectives and customer expectations.
Ensure plant operational readiness through manufacturing processes, capacity, resources and quality controls.
