Job summary

Kohler Co. in Juarez, MX seeks a Manager, New Product Integration to lead NPI engineers and technicians, driving early manufacturing involvement and delivering new product development outcomes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will align with NPD/NPI and plant operations, manage schedules, risk, and resource loading, and champion DFSS/DFMA methods to ensure products are right the first time, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

B.S. degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Minimum 8 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering roles.
2+ years leading engineering resources.
Structured and organized with ability to lead a team independently.
Experience with DFSS and value engineering.

Responsibilities

Fulfill Operations Plant Level deliverables for Kitchen and Bath Development Process, including PFEP, cost reduction, capacity evaluations, and supply chain integrity.
Develop and achieve scheduled launch dates with clear project plans and risk management.
Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges using DFM, DFA, and DFD principles.
Provide coaching to teams and ensure commitments are met.
Drive process improvements and Time to Market improvements; escalate as needed.
