Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and process development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global organization.

Our New Product Introduction (NPI) team plays a critical role in bringing new products from concept into manufacturing. We collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Design Engineering, Automation, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to evaluate capability, define manufacturing strategies, and ensure successful product launches in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
