Solera is a global leader in vehicle lifecycle software and data services. Solera seeks a Manager of North America Release Managers to lead a team, coordinate platform releases across regions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and business teams to ensure successful software delivery.

The role emphasizes driving release plans, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication while aligning with Global Release Management goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of Release Management, Project/Program Management, or Agile experience.
• 5+ years enabling software delivery across multiple teams and regions.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Teams, Power BI, etc.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Be the product team's subject matter release expert.
• Participate in daily meetings and drive prioritization with the squads.
• Communicate all critical project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely capabilities launch readiness, communications, and training delivery.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Facilitate deployment Go/No-Go meetings.
• Support release events (bridge), including communication and issue resolution.
• Gain detailed understanding of products within the region.
• continually improve release processes.
• Leading direct reports: Scrum Masters and Release Managers.
• Work with Europe counterpart to ensure consistency and drive process improvements.
• Align with Global Release Management Lead on priorities and delivery expectations.
• Ensure direct reports meet corporate objectives and PMO performance.
• Own Release Engineer hiring initiatives for North America.
