Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a North America Inside Sales Representative based in Múzquiz, Coahuila or Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, to serve as the primary commercial support for Transportation & Logistics across North America.

You will handle RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, and account inquiries, collaborating across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, customer support, or account management.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for NA accounts.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, and inquiries.
• Support end-to-end quote-to-cash process with timely communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Monitor quote activity and account-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and CRM.
• Contribute to process improvements for customer experience.
