Littelfuse, a global leader in electrical energy transfer solutions, is seeking a North America Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support Transportation & Logistics accounts from Mexico locations. You will handle RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, and inquiries, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Based in Múzquiz, Coahuila or Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, you’ll drive quote-to-cash activities,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, customer support, account management, or related role.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for North America accounts.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, sample requests, and inquiries.
• Support end-to-end quote-to-cash process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Assist in coordinating communications about product availability, lead times, and pricing changes.
