Job summary

Littelfuse, Inc. is seeking a North America Inside Sales Representative to support the Transportation & Logistics business across North America.

You will manage RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, samples, and customer inquiries, and partner with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to drive revenue. Based in either Múzquiz, Coahuila or Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, the role emphasizes timely communication, end-to-end quote-to-cash support, and ongoing collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned accounts in North America.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, sample requests, and customer inquiries.
• Support end-to-end quote-to-cash processes with timely communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve issues and expedite customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and sales effectiveness.
