Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and execute the total compensation strategy across the North American region. You will oversee base salaries, incentives, merit cycles, and labor cost budgeting to attract and retain top talent.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline processes, ensure equity, and integrate compensation programs across regions while complying with local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Compensation Management within multinational settings.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and data interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain base pay structures, salary bands, and variable incentive schemes tailored to North American markets.
• Lead annual merit increase cycles, market adjustment reviews, and bonus payout calculations across North American entities.
• Conduct annual market pricing and salary survey participations (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Hay Group) to monitor market trends and maintain competitive positioning in North America.
• Oversee labor cost budgeting, forecasting, and analytics; partner with TA, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline processes.
• Support organizational design initiatives, job architecture redesign, spans of control optimization, and headcount right-sizing.
