Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and execute the total compensation strategy across the North American region. You will oversee base salary structures, incentive plans, merit cycles, and market pricing to attract and retain talent.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline compensation workflows, drive cost effectiveness, and ensure governance in a large multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional or related postgraduate studies a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain base pay structures and salary bands for North American markets.
• Lead annual merit increase cycles, market adjustment reviews, and annual bonus payout calculations.
• Conduct annual market pricing and salary survey participations to monitor market trends and maintain competitive positioning in North America.
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline hiring compensation workflows, promotion processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee labor cost budgeting, forecasting, and bonus accrual/payment modeling for white-collar and blue-collar workforces across North America.
