• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree: MBA or Master’s degree with focus on Global Management or Strategy preferred.
• Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional or specialized postgraduate studies in Compensation Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain base pay structures and salary bands for North America.
• Lead merit increase cycles, market adjustments, and bonus payout calculations across North America.
• Conduct annual market pricing and salary surveys to monitor trends and stay competitive.
• Ensure policies align with regional legal requirements and business strategy.
• Collaborate with TA, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline compensation workflows.
