Essity LATAM is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist LATAM to help deliver data-driven reward practices across Latin America. You will analyze compensation data and support market benchmarking to drive better decisions across LATAM markets.

The role emphasizes analytics, process improvement, and collaboration with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate job evaluations and competitive compensation structures across multiple LATAM countries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with exposure to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and reward programs.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and HRIS compensation modules.
• Knowledge of Mercer methodologies and compensation surveys is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization and planning skills, proactive mindset, self-management, and a continuous improvement approach.

Responsabilidades

• Compensation Analytics: Analyze compensation and benefits data across LATAM and provide insights that support decision making and regional initiatives.
• Reward Processes: Support the preparation and execution of key global and regional compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles.
• Job Evaluation: Conduct position evaluations and support job architecture activities using established methodologies and market frameworks.
• Market Benchmarking: Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and help maintain competitive compensation structures across LATAM.
• Project Support: Contribute to regional Compensation & Benefits and HR projects by preparing analyses, recommendations, and reporting
• Data Quality & Reporting: Perform audits, monitor data accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in HR and compensation data quality.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders on compensation, benefits, mobility, and related reward topics.
