• Design and maintain base pay structures and salary bands for NA markets.
• Lead merit cycles, market adjustments, and bonus calculations.
• Perform job evaluations and pay equity analyses.
• Partner with TA, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and IT to optimize processes.
