Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Puebla seeks a Logistics Leader to organize a team of Logistics Specialists and Operators and to drive delivery and planning excellence.

You will implement supply chain planning strategies, establish and improve planning processes, and ensure KPI fulfillment while addressing capacity bottlenecks. Strong English, SAP knowledge, and 3–5 years in SCM leadership are required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management leadership position.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Organize a team of Logistics Specialists and Operators to control and optimize delivery and planning processes.
• Implement supply chain planning strategies and support strategy development.
• Establish and improve planning processes, methods, guidelines and systems to meet business requirements and targets.
• Oversee team activities to ensure alignment with standards and KPIs.
• Identify deviations from standards and resolve capacity/resource bottlenecks.
• Organize analyses, report results to the Manager, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of parts to internal and external customers and fulfill SCM KPIs.

Organize a team of Logistics Specialist and Operators, or other SC planers to control and optimize relevant delivery & planning processes.

• Immplement supply chain planning strategies and support the strategy development.
• Establish and improve planning processes, methods, guidelines and systems in line with business requirements and targets.
• Oversee the activities within the team to ensure alignment with given standards.
• Identify and correct deviation from the standards and solve capacity/resource bottleneck.
• Organize relevant analyzes and research, reporting results to the Manager.
• Ensure the delivery of parts to Internal & External Customers. Fulfillment of SCM KPIs.

Scholarship, experience, knowledge and skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Leadership Position.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Advanced English.
