Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field with 7–10 years in SCM, plus 3–5 years in leadership and strong English proficiency.

Formación

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics.
  • 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize turnover and reduce excess stock.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service departments.
  • Develop contingency plans to minimize supply chain risks.
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials from suppliers to customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels, reducing costs, and supporting business objectives through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics.
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
