Eastman Kodak Company is seeking an IT Analyst to monitor real-time systems, detect incidents, and provide operational support across apps, cloud services, and security. You will interpret alerts, troubleshoot issues, runbooks, and escalate as needed to ensure service availability.

The role requires using SAP Basis tools, enterprise applications, and monitoring platforms, with strong English communication and collaboration across IT teams.

Formación

• At least 2 years providing support in SAP Basis and related troubleshooting tools.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems, cloud concepts, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with SAP SuccesFactors, SAP BW, Tivoli or Ivanti is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, issue interpretation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral; good interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across IT functions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies with supervision and training.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor applications and global infrastructure using enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and performance indicators to detect system degradation.
• Identify incidents early and initiate triage workflows; perform first/second level diagnosis.
• Execute runbooks, SOPs, and operational response steps during incidents.
• Open and manage service tickets with internal teams and third-party vendors; document actions and resolutions.
• Act as SPOC for incidents during shifts; communicate with leadership and technical teams.
• Collaborate with network, server, application, and security teams to expedite resolution.
• Support system checks, patch validation, performance validation, and service reviews.
• Contribute insights to reduce recurring incidents and improve monitoring thresholds.
