IBM seeks an SAP Plant Maintenance Support Consultant to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Asset Management and Plant Maintenance processes. You will analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions while meeting service levels.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot defects and optimize processes across SAP PM/EAM, IT/OT integrations, and OT systems, while enabling users and driving

Formación

• Strong expertise supporting and configuring SAP PM/EAM end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries ensuring stable maintenance operations.
• Proven experience monitoring and supporting integrations between SAP PM/EAM and IT/OT systems.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and SLA-driven support.
• Experience supporting releases, enhancements, testing activities, and user enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP Plant Maintenance processes and IT/OT integrations.
• Lead design workshops and support business development activities.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and knowledge.
• Deliver process improvements and maintain high system performance in a complex environment.
