Molex is seeking a Network Supply Planner in Mexico to align long-term supply, demand, and capacity strategies across our manufacturing network. You will leverage the global S&OP process to identify future constraints, optimize capacity, and improve customer lead times.

The role requires strong analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration to translate supply chain insights into measurable business value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, or capacity planning is required.
• Experience working with ERP systems, including SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Professional English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead long-range supply and capacity planning to support growth and optimize manufacturing performance.
• Drive RCCP processes and address capacity constraints and utilization challenges.
• Facilitate plant S&OP reviews with cross-functional alignment and clear action communication.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve customer lead times, service levels, and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain planning strategies for finished goods and components (MTS, ATO, MTO).
• Support strategic decisions related to labor, materials, inventory, and long-term capacity investments.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.

Your Job

As a Network Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning long-term supply, demand, and capacity strategies across our manufacturing network. You will leverage the global S&OP process to identify future constraints, optimize capacity utilization, improve customer lead times, and support business growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate supply chain insights into actions that create value for customers and the business.

As a Network Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning long-term supply, demand, and capacity strategies across our manufacturing network. You will leverage the global S&OP process to identify future constraints, optimize capacity utilization, improve customer lead times, and support business growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate supply chain insights into actions that create value for customers and the business.

Our Team

You will join the DSS Supply Planning organization and collaborate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Operations, Demand Planning, Product Management, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and SAP teams. Working within a global planning environment, you will influence decisions that impact end-to-end supply chain performance and help drive operational excellence across the manufacturing network.

What You Will Do

• Lead long-range supply and capacity planning activities to support business growth and optimize manufacturing performance
• Drive the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process and identify opportunities to address capacity constraints and utilization challenges
• Facilitate plant S&OP reviews, enabling data-driven decisions through cross-functional alignment and clear communication of key actions
• Partner with stakeholders across the supply chain to improve customer lead times, service levels, and delivery performance
• Develop and maintain planning strategies for finished goods and components, including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Assemble-to-Order (ATO), and Make-to-Order (MTO) models
• Support strategic decisions related to labor, materials, inventory, and long-term capacity investments
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve planning effectiveness
• Influence end-to-end network planning decisions by balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and customer requirements across multiple sites
• Act as a key point of contact for global supply planning activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain network
• Utilize planning systems and data to simplify complex supply chain challenges and enable informed business decisions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, or a related supply chain function
• Experience working with ERP systems, including SAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
