Ericsson in Mexico City seeks an experienced Program Lead NDO Telcel to helm large-scale network optimization and transformation programs for strategic customers in Mexico. You will be the primary interface with the client, driving governance, KPI performance and program execution across multiple streams.

The role requires leadership, executive communication, and the ability to align cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and deliver complex network improvements across LTE, 5G and legacy

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• Strong experience in network optimization across LTE and 5G.
• Understanding of network performance management and KPIs.
• Experience leading large-scale customer programs or technical transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and operational challenges.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in business terms for executives.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor telecom environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multiple network optimization streams across LTE, 5G, and legacy technologies.
• Act as primary customer-facing representative for operations and program activities.
• Drive governance forums, program reviews, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and improve network performance KPIs and objectives.
• Manage customer escalations, risk mitigation, and delivery challenges.
• Align internal and client teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Provide strategic guidance based on performance analysis and optimization initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive collaboration.
• Support business growth and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Understand the Mexican telecommunications market.
