Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Network Operations Analyst I to join our Global Network Operations team.

You will monitor global network services, respond to alerts, and perform initial troubleshooting to keep offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores running smoothly. In this role, you will document troubleshooting steps, own incidents through resolution, and support installation, validation, and lifecycle tracking of network gear like switches, access

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in network operations or similar technical role.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking and VPNs.
Experience documenting incidents and escalating to resolve issues across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

Monitor global network services and respond to alerts across offices, DCs, data centers, showrooms, and stores.
Document troubleshooting steps, own incidents, and update stakeholders until resolution.
Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of switches, APs, SD-WAN appliances, and firewalls.
Create and maintain accurate operational docs, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Use monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve triage and consistency.
