DXC Technology in Mexico seeks an experienced Network Operations Leader to drive governance, incident management, and change enablement across complex enterprise networks. You will coordinate across engineering, security and operations to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, ITIL/ITSM practices, and strong vendor management, with a focus on measurable improvements and customer outcomes in a large, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, managed services or service delivery.
• At least 5 years in IT operations or engineering support within complex, customer-facing environments.
• College degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English for technical and executive communication; additional regional languages desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the network service governance model and escalation paths.
• Lead incident management and ensure rapid customer communication.
• Partner on RCA quality and drive corrective actions.
• Provide delivery assurance for high-risk changes and post-change health checks.
• Maintain accurate configuration, assets, and service data across systems.
• Drive automation and observability to reduce risks and improve performance.
