PepsiCo is hiring a Global S&T PMO COE professional to lead end-to-end governance and delivery of transformation programs. You will own the strategy, governance, and benefits realization across Global S&T initiatives with a focus on transport and supply chain transformations.

You will collaborate with BU and Sector teams, drive schedule, scope, and cost management, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while embedding new capabilities through strategic and human-centric approaches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in Supply Chain, Finance, or Transformation roles.
• Experience in program/project management using Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership and decisive thinking in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter capable of managing own agenda within a complex environment.
• Ability to understand and provide a top-line strategic view and/or detailed analysis for Leadership decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication across geographies and functions.
• Global outlook with sensitivity to cultural differences.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate program governance, councils, content generation, and exit criteria.
• Lead performance management including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and status reporting.
• Manage project scorecard and progress tracking for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Monitor change management, value realization, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate business go-live and deployment tasks.
• Manage resources, risk, and repository of project materials.
• Lead schedule management and roadmap development across lifecycle.
• Maintain project roadmap and deliverables in the PPM tool.
• Support scope and cost management and change requests.
• Identify interdependencies and risks with mitigation plans.
• Ensure COE standards, methodologies, tools, and roles are followed.
• Facilitate knowledge transfers and lessons learned.
