PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks an experienced Strategy and Transformation Digital Deployment supervisor to lead IT projects from initiation to realization, delivering on time, on budget, and within scope according to PepsiCo’s IT methodologies. You will collaborate with local and global IT teams, engage vendors, manage budgets, and drive end-to-end solutions across applications, data, and processes.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in IT projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English at an intermediate level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary IT projects across local, sectorial, and global teams.
• Gather requirements, estimate effort, and drive delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and IT delivery teams.
