PepsiCo is hiring a Sourcing Planner (Network Optimization) to design and optimize the end-to-end supply network. You will ensure sourcing and production decisions meet service, cost, and capacity targets while partnering with Platform Owners, Industry Managers, and Planning teams to translate complex data into actionable sourcing strategies.

You will shape product flows across the network, drive performance improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal supply chain

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with scenario modeling and what-if analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven business insights.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or network optimization tools is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain optimized sourcing and production plans for finished and semi-finished goods across the network.
• Partner with Platform Owners and cross-functional teams to align on sourcing strategies and ensure feasible, constraint-based plans.
• Analyze and validate network optimization outputs, ensuring alignment with service, cost, and capacity targets.
• Execute scenario analysis and simulations to evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal supply strategies.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data and inputs within the Network Optimization model (SAP S/4HANA).
• Translate business constraints into model parameters to ensure realistic outputs.
• Identify risks such as shortages, capacity constraints, or inventory deviations, and drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with planning, inventory optimization, and production teams to improve network performance.
