Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing or supporting Intra-US LTL operations is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Management
• 2+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage experience
• English fluency (written and verbal).
• Strong data analysis and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners to achieve operational and reporting goals.
• Ensure service execution, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve escalations from customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and monitor team performance.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
