BlueGrace Logistics, a U.S.-based transportation management company, opened its first international office in Mexico and we’re looking for a Logistics Operations Planner to join our team in Guadalajara!

Logistics Operations Planner are responsible for the daily support of contracted clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention by way of freight operations support. This entry-level position requires proficiency in English and submitting resumes in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Superior customer service and active communication.
• Fluent in English; resumes in English.
• CRM and TMS experience is a perk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively track shipments and propose solutions for delays.
• Complete daily tracking reports for assigned customers.
• Serve inbound customer requests from high freight spend accounts.
• Communicate with carriers on behalf of customers.
• Answer phones and respond to emails.
• Identify best transit solutions based on shipment requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with local terminals.
• Flag service gaps and support process improvement.
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation of service events.
