BlueGrace Logistics, a U.S.-based transportation management company, has opened its first international office in Mexico and we’re looking for Logistics Operations Planner to join our team in Guadalajara!

This entry-level role pays 20,000 MXN pesos per month and requires full proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Resumes must be submitted in English to be considered. You’ll support daily freight operations, including shipment tracking and customer communications.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to recognize customer needs and address them.
• Fluent in English; resumes must be in English.
• Experience with CRM and TMS systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively track shipments and identify delays.
• Prepare daily tracking reports for assigned accounts.
• Assist inbound customer requests from high freight spend accounts.
• Communicate with carriers on behalf of customers.
• Answer phones and emails to support operations.
• Identify best transit solutions based on shipment needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local terminals.
• Schedule pickups and delivery appointments.
