• Proven experience working directly with customers in consulting, advisory, or technical leadership capacities.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, conduct technical training, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for application architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, cloud development, and DevOps best practices.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Assess application and Power Platform solution health, scalability, performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, integrations, connectors, databases, and deployment pipelines.
• Review solution designs and provide recommendations to improve security, reliability, scalability, supportability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop remediation and modernization roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, delivery, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer success and continuous improvement.

Join our team as a Power Platform Solution Architect and Trusted Advisor!

We are looking for an experienced technology professional with 10-15 years of experience in application architecture, cloud solutions, low-code platforms, and customer-facing consulting roles. This role will work directly with enterprise customers to drive solution excellence, modernization, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for application architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, cloud development, and DevOps best practices.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Assess application and Power Platform solution health, scalability, performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, integrations, connectors, databases, and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in application development, architecture, consulting, or enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in consulting, advisory, or technical leadership capacities.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, conduct technical training, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex technical issues.

Technical Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of: Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft Dataverse Connectors and integrations Environment management Application lifecycle management (ALM) Power Platform governance and security
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, integration patterns, and enterprise application modernization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining Power Platform governance frameworks and Center of Excellence practices.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud application architectures.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
