SupportYourApp is seeking a proactive Specialist to join as a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant, focused on coordinating creator projects and optimizing operations in a fully remote setup. Strong Spanish and English skills, data handling in Google Sheets, and independent work are essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive improvements while enabling a flexible schedule and USD-based compensation in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication (C1) required.
• Experience with Google Sheets: filters, formulas, pivot tables.
• Strong project management and autonomous task execution.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and resolving them.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams for effective operations.
• Identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases as needed.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
