Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee execution and management of service contracts, lead Service Coordinators, and ensure alignment with SLAs across field activities. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and operational delivery while promoting continuous improvement and safety.

Candidates should have an engineering background, strong English, and experience in service operations and KPI management. Travel up to 25% and office + customer-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in service operations, field service, or contract execution environments.
• Experience managing coordinators or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of service KPIs and service level agreements.
• Solid customer management skills and escalation handling.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of organization and execution discipline.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute service contracts end-to-end per scope and SLAs.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and dispatching via Service Coordinators.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and service projects.
• Track service KPIs and SLAs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Maintain interactions with customers and service partners.
• Lead and develop Service Coordinators; set objectives.
• Promote talent development and Vertiv culture.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve recurring issues.
• Support cost control and resource utilization.
• Operate in office and customer sites; PPE as required.
• Travel approximately 25%.
