Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Lean and operations expert to lead Wave 12 deployment across manufacturing sites, driving stability, standard work, and rapid improvement. You will align with global standards, coach leaders, and ensure a disciplined handover as sites stabilize for sustainable performance.

The role requires hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering, and the ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing, Lean, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience deploying Lean/OS in turnaround or rapid-growth environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Leader, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wave 12 deployment and site intervention at designated sites.
• Assess site conditions and translate findings into a 12-week deployment plan.
• Coach leaders and govern until handover.
• Establish 5S+1 and visual management standards.
• Drive structured root cause analysis and escalation.
• Build local capability through coaching and training.
