Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor across a functional team environment.
• Commercially focused.
• Self-motivated and ability to project-manage own workload to drive a large-scale project.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and drive program management activities for one or more moderate to significantly complex projects.
• Provide expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.
• Develop cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; manage and intervene as necessary to ensure delivery to cost, scope, and schedule agreements.
• Provide primary support and guidance to the financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and preparation and release of technical/schedule information required for program/project planning.
• Perform liaison roles with company, customers, sales offices, design agencies, laboratories, contractors and regulatory agencies; may lead for elements.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define production/project definitions, maintenance of schedules, and engineering releases.
• Lead and execute engineering and program project management activities for significant programs or components.
• Lead and influence to resolve significant technical issues for key programs.
• Participate in strategic and market planning.
