Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or similar.
• Advanced degree and purchasing certifications are assets.
• Knowledge of Lean, process optimization, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external providers.
• Experience with contractual terms review and supplier compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

The MRO Supervisor is responsible for leading sourcing, supplier management, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives related to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies and packaging materials. This role drives cost reduction opportunities, enhances procurement processes, and ensures the efficient acquisition of goods and services to support operational objectives. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage inventory levels, negotiate commercial agreements, oversee packaging-related expenditures, and support contract development while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and business requirements. Through data-driven decision-making and strategic supplier partnerships, the role contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, and supply continuity across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or a comparable function.
• Advanced degree and professional purchasing certifications are considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, process optimization methodologies, or Six Sigma practices is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners, vendors, and external service providers.
• Experience supporting contractual agreements, terms review, and supplier compliance activities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
