Oferta confidencial is seeking an experienced MRO Supervisor to lead sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization. You will drive continuous improvements, negotiate agreements, and support procurement processes to ensure cost control and supply continuity.

The role requires collaboration with internal partners and external suppliers, data-driven decision making, and a strong English proficiency to manage global supplier relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, or similar.
• Advanced degree and purchasing certifications are assets.
• Knowledge of Lean, process optimization, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external providers.
• Experience with contractual terms review and supplier compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
