A leading medical supply company is seeking a proactive MRO Buyer for its Tijuana, BC location. The ideal candidate has experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments, strong supplier management and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include procurement of MRO supplies, supplier performance monitoring, and cost optimization. English proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• B2 or higher level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

PACIFICO AREA | ON SITE POSITION TIJUANA B.C. | MRO Buyer Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials
• Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives.
• RFQs & Negotiation
• Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions.
• Purchase Orders & Expediting
• Manage requisitions and POs, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Cost Optimization & Spend Analysis
• Identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend.

Qualifications

• B2 or higher level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
