• Procurement and materials planning experience is required or desirable.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and process improvement.
• APICS certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase a wide variety of supplies or services ensuring cost effectiveness and on-time availability.
• Evaluate bids, select and negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery, quality, and service.
• Coordinate tracking and status updates from order to stock.
• Investigate and resolve issues affecting material availability.
• Own program/project schedule and task management.
• Support plant-to-plant and supplier-to-supplier transitions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methods, and tools.

Responsible for purchasing a wide variety of supplies or services while ensuring cost effective

and on time material availability. Evaluates bids, selects and recommends suppliers and

negotiate prices, delivery, quality and service for goods and services required for business purposes.

• Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on the material since ordered until it is ready in stock.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate issues that can affect material availability.
• Understands elementary problem-solving techniques.
• Own program/project schedule and task management.
• Plant to plant and supplier to supplier transitions.
• Identify needs for enhanced processes, methods, and tools providing solutions.

Education

Professional degree Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering related, preferably.

Experience

Desirable experience in Procurement, Materials Planning and Lean

Certifications

APICS (desirable)

Languages

Advance English Level

Familiarity with Microsoft projects, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software's and time management tools

• Experience with process improvement and lean six sigma tools
• SAP proficiency
