Job summary

1002 LEGO Operac. MX, SA de CV is seeking a Technical Project Assistant Manager to drive technology upgrades, capacity expansions, and machine relocations within MD&I moulding in Monterrey.

You will coordinate with local and Denmark-based teams to align with strategic manufacturing goals and ensure delivery on time and budget. The role requires experience in engineering/manufacturing project execution, automation exposure, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience executing projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Experience or exposure to automation, technology implementation, or industrial engineering projects.
• Experience collaborating with machinery, equipment, or technology suppliers.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Support MD&I Moulding activities in Mexico, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with priorities and local stakeholders.
• Apply structured project management practices with clear communication and risk management across local and global teams.
• Manage projects related to capacity expansion, technology implementation, and machine relocation and installation.
• Ensure projects delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and governance standards.
• Drive collaboration between production, engineering, procurement, EHS, finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and team effectiveness.
• Support organizational change initiatives via stakeholder engagement, workshops, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Promote standardized project management tools, governance, and best practices across the organization.
