Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Technical Project Assistant Manager to support moulding technology upgrades and capacity expansion. You will coordinate with local and Denmark-based teams, drive projects from planning to installation, and apply standardized project governance while promoting continuous improvement and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience executing projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Experience with automation, technology implementation, or industrial engineering projects.
• Experience collaborating with machinery, equipment, or technology suppliers.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication across multiple functions and levels.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and their impact on project success.
• Experience contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support MD&I Moulding activities in Mexico, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with priorities.
• Apply structured project management practices across local and global teams.
• Manage projects related to capacity expansion, technology implementation, and installations.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget and governance standards.
• Drive collaboration among production, engineering, procurement, EHS, finance and suppliers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Support change initiatives with stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
