Job summary

The LEGO Group in Mexico is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead logistics automation initiatives across our manufacturing network. You will drive end-to-end projects, from concept to handover, collaborating with Engineering, IT, Operations and external suppliers.

You will translate complex technical challenges into clear communication, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure safety and standards compliance while enabling a smarter factory network.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or engineering in large international organizations.
• Project management experience.
• Proven experience managing automation projects.
• Experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional work experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear communication.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel ~30 days/year.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept development through implementation and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and external suppliers.
• Drive the integration of innovative automation technologies that enhance factory productivity and operational performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations.
• Continuously improve project delivery methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor project KPIs and ROI realization.
