You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and suppliers to drive productivity and smarter factory networks.

The role requires extensive project management experience, strong communication of complex technical challenges, advanced English (C1-C2), and willingness to travel about 30 days per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/engineering in medium to large international organizations.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience managing automation projects.
• Experience coordinating equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional project experience.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept through implementation and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement and external suppliers.
• Drive integration of automation technologies to enhance factory productivity and performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations, ensuring alignment and progress tracking.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements and industry regulations.
• Continuously improve project delivery methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor project KPIs and ROI of implemented solutions.
