Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Mobile SDET Lead to drive automation testing for retail and eCommerce platforms across iOS, Android, and mobile web. You will design scalable frameworks, implement API tests, and guide offshore teams to ensure high-quality releases.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in Appium, Java, Selenium, Playwright, and CI/CD integration within an Agile context, delivering reliable test solutions across digital channels.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber (BDD).
• Experience with Playwright or modern automation frameworks.
• Proven experience testing native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Experience on real devices and cloud platforms such as BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or Sauce Labs.
• Strong API testing and automation using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Maven, Gradle, and Jira.
• Understanding of OOP, POM, and automation framework design.
• Experience implementing and maintaining automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Retail/eCommerce Domain Expertise (Must Have)

Responsabilidades

• Lead mobile test automation initiatives for iOS, Android, Mobile Web, and API testing.

• Mentor offshore automation engineers and testing teams.

environments.Support defect triage activities, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Mentor and provide technical guidance to offshore automation
