Capgemini Mexico is seeking a SAP BTP Test Consultant / Test Automation Lead to guide quality engineering for SAP BTP and cloud solutions. You will design test strategies, drive automation, and ensure robust CI/CD gates across SAP Fiori/UI5 and APIs.

You will collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and architecture teams, mentor engineers, and establish metrics to improve release quality and velocity.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• 3+ years of experience testing SAP BTP applications and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Strong experience with API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end business process validation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 testing and validation.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks and regression suites.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and automated quality gates.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SAP integration technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

Your Role

As a SAP BTP Test Consultant / Test Automation Lead at Capgemini, you will lead quality engineering initiatives for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, ensuring robust testing practices across cloud applications, integrations, APIs, and SAP Fiori/UI5 experiences. Your technical and professional knowledge of Test Automation, programming, test environments and methodologies is solid. With your knowledge and experience with one or more test tools and test techniques, you can independently design and execute test automation solutions. You follow the latest developments in your field and you know what is going on.

Job Description - Grade Specific

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you are required to have experience working on different automation tools such as UFT and Selenium. In addition to developing and executing automation scripts, you are also expected to resolve technical issues wrt automation, provide input to improve effectiveness. You are also expected to mentor junior engineers.
