Capgemini Mexico is seeking a motivated GSQA Support Analyst to manage the Global Supplier Quality Assurance platform, incidents, requests, and KPI reporting. You will drive automation and improvements while collaborating with business users, suppliers, and IT teams.

The role is hybrid in CDMX or Guadalajara, requiring strong ITSM knowledge and English proficiency to support enterprise applications in production environments.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in application or quality systems support.
• Strong automation scripting and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of ITSM and incident management.
• Familiarity with data analysis and SQL basics.
• Conversational English
