UFC Performance Institute in Mexico City is seeking a Coordinator – MMA to join a world-class coaching team. You will deliver MMA skills training to UFC Academy athletes and contracted fighters, while supporting talent development and high-performance services across Latin America.

Work with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver an inclusive MMA curriculum, run clinics, and provide corner support during competitions.

Formación

• At least three years’ experience coaching MMA or combat sports professionals.
• Experience providing corner support in competitions.
• Fluency in at least one MMA discipline; holistic knowledge of multiple arts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver MMA coaching to UFC Academy athletes in Mexico City.
• Provide corner support during MMA events.
• Develop inclusive MMA curriculum with UFCPI staff.
• Collaborate with coaches and translators to ensure understanding.
